The lower competing rate must be verifiable by Podollan Grande Prairie staff and immediately bookable by the general public. The lower competing rate must be for the same hotel, room type, number of guests and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies associated with the lower competing rate will also apply to the reservation made through the Podollan.com site. If the lower competing rate is booked through a non Podollan channel the Podollan is not responsible for any fees or other costs to cancel the reservation. If the lower competing rate is booked through a Podollan Group channel, the Podollan will waive any cancellation costs for rate match claims made within 24 hours of the original booking.

• Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to the following rates: corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, offline wholesale/FIT, group or other specially negotiated rates
• Reservations made within 72 hours of day of arrival
• Taxes, gratuities, service charges, food & beverage charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges
• Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding, or differences in the currency exchange rates
