You leave the ordinary behind when you walk into JAX; Salmon Arm's newest premier dining room at the Podollan Inn. JAX specializes in upscale high-quality international cuisine. They stress atmosphere, presentation, and unmatched excellent service. Chef Ariel Tan presents dishes from classic to trendy, mouth-watering and exquisitely garnished on every dish. Their appetizers such as the Calamari Piquante or the JAX platter are excellent (and ½ priced during happy hour). Set sail for the exotic! Delicately balanced spirits spliced with fresh juices and a hint of adventure. Front of House Manager Leslie Treat and her team create timeless classics accented with a touch of the extraordinary. Just try ordering any of their special martinis or a Mango Smoothie if you want something exceptional. Interior seating is ample and comfortable in the booths with a contemporary décor. The Patio is a great place to meet friends for an "Express Business Lunch". Guests are invited to choose from the complete international menu with additional daily specials. JAX is located in the main lobby of the Podollan Inn at 1460 Trans Canada Hwy NE Salmon Arm. They are open seven days a week from 11am to 11pm for lunch and dinner.
