All rates are subject to 5% GST and 4% Tourism Levy.
The 4% Tourism Levy is rebated back to the guest after 28 consecutive nights (an additional savings of up to $340/month.)
As with other companies in the hospitality industry, Podollan Inns and Rez has adopted a Room Rate Yield Management System whereby the rates automatically increase as the occupancy of the hotels increase, therefore it is strongly advised that reservations be made as far in advance as possible.
